Sino Energy International Holdings Group Limited Appoints Chai Chung Wai as Independent Non- Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Sino Energy International Holdings Group Limited announced that Mr. Chai Chung Wai has been appointed as an independent non- executive Director, a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee with effect from 22 February 2019. Mr. Chai fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, an associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He has extensive experience of over 20 years in accounting and financial fields. He is currently independent non-executive directors of Asia Coal Limited and Sino-Life Group Limited.
