The entering of JobMarket into the main MTR Lines is one of the important strategic moves. This will allow us to gain important market share given that recruitment needs are expected to escalate, especially among a number of industries that have benefited from economic growth and infrastructure development in recent years, including retail, aviation, logistics and construction. In addition, traditional core industries such as finance and accounting will continue to draw talents, and population ageing creates increasing demand for manpower in the medical and healthcare industry.
