SilverCrest Metals Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 13.242859 million in funding from SSR Mining Inc.

SilverCrest Metals Inc. (TSXV:SIL) announced a private placement of 1,819,074 common shares at a price of CAD 7.28 per common share for gross proceeds of CAD 13,242,859 on January 3, 2020. The transaction includes participation from returning investor SSR Mining Inc. (TSX:SSRM). The transaction is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The transaction is expected to close on or about January 10, 2020.
