The board of directors of Silk Road Logistics Holdings Limited announced that, based on the preliminary review of the consolidated management accounts of the Group and the information currently available to the Board, it is expected that the Group may record a significant profit for the year ended 31 December 2017 as compared to the loss recorded for the year ended 31 December 2016. The profit is mainly due to a substantial non-cash gain from the disposal of subsidiaries in this year, whereby these disposed subsidiaries contributed significant loss to the Group in previous years.
