DELAY IN DESPATCH OF THE CIRCULAR IN RELATION TO

MAJOR TRANSACTION:

DRAG-ALONG RIGHT FOR DISPOSAL OF

29.95% EQUITY INTEREST IN ROCKEAST

References are made to the announcements of Silk Road Logistics Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 4 March 2021 (the "Announcements") and 23 March 2021 in relation to major transaction involving Drag-along Right for disposal of 29.95% equity interest in RockEast. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

As stated in the Announcements, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, further information regarding details of the Drag-along Right, other information as required under the Listing Rules, and the notice of the SGM, was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 30 April 2021.

As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise the financial information for inclusion in the Circular, it is currently expected that the date of despatch of the Circular and the notice of the SGM will be postponed to a date falling on or before 31 May 2021.
