Anaconda Mining Inc. announced production results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, the company gold ounces sold of 4,330 ounces against 4,658 in second quarter ended May 31, 2017. Gold ounces produced was 4,632 ounces against 4,442 ounces in second quarter ended May 31, 2017. Ore production was 32,833 tonnes against 92,167 tonnes in second quarter ended May 31, 2017. Total material moved was 389,475 tonnes against 478,554 tonnes in second quarter ended May 31, 2017.

For the six months, the company gold ounces sold of 8,856 ounces against 8,255 in six months ended May 31, 2017. Gold ounces produced was 8,925 ounces against 8,209 ounces in six months ended May 31, 2017. Ore production was 176,673 tonnes against 194,698 tonnes in six months ended May 31, 2017. Total material moved was 783,447 tonnes against 906,161 tonnes in six months ended May 31, 2017.

For the year, the company continues to be on track to meet its 2018 production guidance of 18,000 ounces at operating cash costs of $1,100 per ounce, and has now transitioned to ore production at the Stog'er Tight Mine. At a budgeted gold price of $1,550, Anaconda expects to generate approximately $28.0 million of revenue based on production guidance.
