Heshan Deren Electronic Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of equity shares for gross proceeds of CNY 1,256,973,300 on November 8, 2017. The transaction will include participation from Shenzhen Deren Electronic Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002055), and Jiangmen Rongsheng Investment Co., Ltd and on completion of the transaction will own 70% and 30% respectively. Jiangmen Rongsheng Investment Co., Ltd. will invest CNY 377,092,000 out of which CNY 180,000,000 will go into registered capital and CNY 197,092,000 will go into capital reserve. Shenzhen Deren Electronic Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002055) will invest CNY 879,881,300 out of which CNY 420,000,000 will go into registered capital and CNY 459,881,300 will go into capital reserve. The transaction was approved at the 27th session of the 5th meeting of the board of Shenzhen Deren Electronic Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Deren Electronic Co., Ltd. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of electronic connectors and precision components. Its products include consumer electronics serious and automotive serious. The Company's products include home appliances connectors, computer connectors, light-emitting diode (LED) connectors, automotive connectors and wiring harnesses, safety and alarm sensors, and car networking.
