Yingcheng Juntengfa Automatic Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed an investment framework agreement to receive funding from a new investor, Shenyang Blue Silver Industry Automatic Equipment Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300293) on January 24, 2015. As part of the round, the investor will acquire 51% stake in the company. The transaction size will be determined after relevant agency evaluations have been completed. The company reported total assets of CNY 165,687,848.44, total liabilities of CNY 125,386,131.70, owners' equity of CNY 40,301,716.74, revenues of CNY 68,754,837.30, operating loss of CNY 11,929,113.22, total loss of CNY 11,150,604.08, and net loss of CNY 11,150,604.08 for the year ended December 31, 2014.
On January 26, 2015, the company announced that the transaction has been approved in the 15th session of the 2nd board of supervisors meeting and 17th session of the 2nd board of directors meeting of the investor.
