UPDATE ON THE DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcement of Shengli Oil & Gas Pipe Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 15 August 2019 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to, among others, the major transaction in relation to the disposal of shareholding in Shanghai Guoxin. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As disclosed in the Announcement, a circular (the ''Circular'') containing, among others, further information in relation to the Disposal and other information as required by the Listing Rules will be despatched to the Shareholders in due course.

The Company is still in the course of preparing and finalising certain information to be included in the Circular. It is currently expected that the Circular will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 25 September 2019.
