Shang Properties, Inc. at its Organizational Meeting held on 18 November 2020 appointed Benjamin Ivan S. Ramos as Chairman of Audit Committee, Michelle Ching as Secretary of Audit Committee and Federico G. Noel Jr as Secretary of Corporate Governance Committee.
