INSIDE INFORMATION DISPOSAL OF SHARES BY CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER

This announcement is made by Hanbo Enterprises Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The Board (the "Board") of directors of the Company (the "Directors") was informed by Plus Value International Limited ("Plus Value"), the controlling shareholder of the Company (as defined under the Listing Rules), that on 4 August 2017, it disposed of 49,200,000 shares of the Company (the "Shares"), representing 10.25% of the issued share capital of the Company at HK$2.373 per Share. As a result of such disposal, the shareholding of Plus Value in the Company reduced from 56.25% to 46%.
