The Company’s business activity is renting its commercial spaces and residential apartments. It is engaged in the development and management of the property located at 90, Galle Road, Colombo 03. It provides services to the tenants of east tower and the tenants at the west tower. The east tower is a multi-story prime office complex, which contains the head office building of Seylan Bank PLC and west tower comprising over 16 luxury residential apartments, which provide luxury furnished residential accommodations for tenants. The Company is a subsidiary of Seylan Bank PLC.
