ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2018. For the fourth quarter, the company announced net interest income was USD 68.858 million compared to USD 61.408 million a year ago. Net income was USD 36.237 million compared to USD 21.150 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.68 compared to USD 0.4 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 0.67 compared to USD 0.39 a year ago. For the full year, net interest income was USD 262.679 million compared to USD 227.423 million a year ago. Net income was USD 136.940 million compared to USD 93.092 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 2.57 compared to USD 1.76 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was USD 2.53 compared to USD 1.72 a year ago.
