Senkon Logistics Co., Ltd. (TSE:9051) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 100,000 shares, representing 1.96% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥90 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance the return of profits to shareholders.
The program will continue through June 30, 2023. As of July 31, 2022, the company had 5,098,061 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 552,939 treasury shares.
