Senkon Logistics Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:9051) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 100,000 shares, representing 1.94% of the outstanding shares for ¥90 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment and to improve shareholder returns. The program will run until June 30, 2022. As of August 31, 2021, the company had 5,158,661 shares outstanding and 492,339 shares in treasury.
