DIVIEND ANNOUNCEMENT

Notice is hereby given that a gross dividend of 0.25 US cents per ordinary share has been declared from the year ended 31 March 2023. The dividend will be paid net of applicable withholding taxes on or about 9 August 2023 to shareholders registered as such in the Share Register of the Company by close of business on 2 August 2023.

The detailed timetable for the dividend payout is as follows:

Exchange rate

Botswana resident shareholders shall be paid their dividend in BWP at the USD/BWP mid exchange rate as quoted by Stanbic Bank of Botswana Limited on or about the payment date.

Withholding Taxes

In terms of the Income Tax Act of Botswana (Cap 52.01) as amended and subject to specific exemptions, withholding tax at the rate of 10% will be deducted by the Company from gross dividends. If a change of address or dividend instructions is to apply to this dividend, notification should reach the Transfer Secretaries by the Record Date.
