Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. announced the election of James F. Gooch to its Board of Directors and as Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Gooch had served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RadioShack Corporation and prior to that as its Chief Financial Officer.
