SEA BREEZE RECEIVES $1.75MM FINAL MILESTONE PAYMENT - CAPE SCOTT WIND FARM

Sea Breeze Power Corp. ("the Company") is pleased to announce the receipt by Sea Breeze Energy Inc. ("Sea Breeze" - a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) of the final milestone payment in the amount of CAD $1.75 million dollars under the terms of an agreement executed with GDF SUEZ Energy North America ("GDF Suez") related to their purchase of "Phase 1" of the 99 MW Cape Scott Wind Farm ("the Project"), and triggered by the start of commercial operations in late 2013.
In addition to payments related to the original asset purchase transaction, Sea Breeze expects to receive quarterly royalty payments of 1% of gross revenue for Eligible Energy generated by the Project through its 20 year Electricity Purchase Agreement ("EPA") with British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("BC Hydro").
The Cape Scott Wind Farm is the first utility-scale wind farm to be built on British Columbia's west coast, and will generate sufficient renewable power to provide for the annual electricity needs of approximately 100,000 British Columbians. The Project received the 'Project of the Year' award from Clean Energy BC (CEBC) at their October, 2013 annual conference in Vancouver.

The Cape Scott Wind Farm is located 35 km northwest of Port Hardy on northern Vancouver Island, within the traditional territories of the Kwakiutl, Quatsino, and Tlatlasikwala First Nations.
