Notice Regarding the Status of Acquisition of Company Shares (Acquisition of Company shares under the provisions of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 165, of the Japanese Corporate Law)

SCREEN Holdings Co., Ltd. hereby gives notice regarding the status of acquisition of its own shares conducted in December in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors meeting on September 25, 2015, pursuant to the stipulations of Article 156 of the Japanese Corporate Law as applied pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 165 of said law.
