If the proxy intends to participate in person at the annual general meeting, a copy of the power of attorney form and a registration certificate or corresponding documents attesting the authority of the signatory (if applicable) should be sent to Setterwalls Advokatbyrå AB, Attn: Eric Torstensson, P.O. Box 1050, 101 39 Stockholm, Sweden or to [e-mail] well in advance of the meeting. The original power of attorney should also be presented at the meeting.

If the proxy intends to participate at the annual general meeting through casting of postal vote, a copy of the power of attorney form and a registration certificate or corresponding documents attesting the authority of the signatory (if applicable) should to be sent, together with the postal voting form, to Setterwalls Advokatbyrå AB, Attn: Eric Torstensson, P.O. Box 1050, 101 39 Stockholm, Sweden, or by e-mail to [e-mail] so that they are received by Setterwalls Advokatbyrå AB no later than Wednesday 12 June 2024.
