At the International Industrial Trade Fair Innoprom, Sber and Brusnika, a leading national developer, have signed an agreement regarding the financing of residential projects, which was signed by Senior Vice President of Sberbank Vladimir Sitnov and developer head Aleksei Krukovsky. Covering the years 2021 and 2022, the agreement envisages the construction of property in Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, and Moscow Region through project finance.

This the first time we have created an individual program for a developer. For Brusnika, we have set the borrowing limit at RUB 27 bn. We truly value our partnership with Brusnika and its proactive approach to the implementation of innovative solutions. We are confident that the agreement we have signed will further reinforce our partnership, which has been lasting for over 12 years, and will help provide thousands of Russians with quality and modern housing that meets the highest standards.

Vladimir Sitnov

Senior Vice President, Sberbank

We are set to construct some half a million square meters of housing soon with the financial participation of Sberbank. Busnika is currently carrying out 17 residential projects in seven cities with Sberbank as its partner. One of them is an urban villa in the European Quarter of Tyumen, which is the first residential building in Russia with an excellent BREEAM international rating. At the same time, our R&D with Sber can potentially mature to become industry standards. In 2020, we launched a pilot project in construction control, which will allow Sberbank experts to monitor the construction process remotely and enhance the transparency of interactions between the developer and the financial institution.

Aleksei Krukovsky

Head, Brusnika
