Sarine Technologies Ltd. announced cessation of Yehezkel Pinhas Blum as Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, Member of the Audit Committee and of the Nominating Committee. Mr. Blum was elected for a three year term in 2017 and was not put for re-election in the Company's 2020 AGM.
