Sarine Technologies Ltd. announced cessation of Valerie Ong Choo Lin as Chairperson of the Nominating Committee, Member of the Audit Committee and of the Remuneration Committee. Ms. Ong was elected for a three-year term in 2017 and was not put for re-election in the Company's 2020 AGM, held on June 25, 2020.
