Sanderson Farms, Inc. (NASDAQ: SAFM) today announced that it will provide a live webcast of its annual meeting of stockholders to be held on February 13, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at the Company's corporate office in Laurel, Mississippi.

The live webcast of Sanderson Farms' presentation may be found at the investor relations section of the Company's website, www.sandersonfarms.com. An online replay will be available approximately two hours following the conclusion of the live broadcast and will continue through February 21, 2014.
