Liang Huixiong signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 9.3% stake in Shenzhen Qingquan Water Industry Company Limited from Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300066) for CNY 6.5 million on January 15, 2018. As per terms, Sanchuan Wisdom Technology agreed to sell 2.9 million shares. As consideration, CNY 3 million must be paid within 3 days since the signing of the relevant agreement and the remaining CNY 3.5 million must be paid within 3 working days since delivery of the underlying equity. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd. and shareholders of Shenzhen Qingquan Water Industry Company Limited.
Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co.,Ltd, formerly Jiangxi sanchuan water meter CO., LTD., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of water meter products. The Companyâs main products consist of common water meters, water saving water meters, intelligent card water meters and water management application software and systems, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
