Commerce Cloud was recognized with the highest score in the Strategy category of the report, and a score of five (out of five) across 14 criteria, including AI, Vision, Innovation, Roadmap, Partner Ecosystem, Customer Account & Contract Entitlements, and Reporting & Analytics.
