Sakai Moving Service Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9039) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 200,000 shares, representing 0.97% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ?1,100 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency and to implement agile capital policies. The program will run until March 31, 2022. As of September 30, 2021, the company had 20,529,864 shares outstanding and 632,136 shares in treasury.
