Ryman Healthcare Limited announced that Tom Brownrigg has been appointed to the new role of Construction Manager Innovation and Technical. The company will be appointing a new Chief Construction Officer to replace Tom, and a recruitment process is under way. Tom joined Ryman in 2006 and has overseen the construction of 23 retirement villages in New Zealand in Victoria. Over that time Ryman's construction spend has risen from about $50 million a year to more than $600 million. He will continue to play a key part in the future of Ryman Construction in his new role, which will focus on improving and innovating the way Ryman builds.
