MRSK Volgi : Debt of Oboronenergosbyt for electric power transmission services increased twice within a year

For the year, from November 2015 to November 2016, the debt of Oboronenergosbyt before the Saratov branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, for electric power transmission services increased from 129.2 million to 256.8 million rubles - more than twice.

The management of Oboronenergosbyt does not respond to the numerous appeals of IDGC of Volga, PJSC. The company still continues using the energy transmission services of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, without payment, speculating on their affiliation with the category of consumers, unliable to the imposition of limited consumption mode.

Thus, in the crucial periods of preparing and passing through the autumn-winter season the grid workers lose millions of rubles intended for the maintenance and renovation of the electric grid. By their irresponsibility, Oboronenergosbyt, JSC, being the POLR for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, including the territory of the Saratov region, undermine the energy security of the region.
