("Robix" or the "Company") (CSE:RZX)(FRANKFURT:R0X) is pleased to announce a comprehensive "Clean Tech" corporate re-branding initiative. This re-branding initiative will include a name change (the "Name Change") from "Robix Alternative Fuels, Inc." to "Robix Environmental Technologies, Inc." on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. The Name Change was approved by the shareholders of the Corporation at the annual general and special meeting held on December 4, 2015. The Corporation expects that the common shares of Robix will commence trading on the Canadian Stock Exchange under the new name at the opening of trading on Friday, March 4, 2016 under the same symbol.

In order to assist with these re-branding and subsequent marketing initiatives, Robix has retained Howe & Bay Financial Inc. ("Howe & Bay") for advisory and corporate communications services. Howe & Bay has expertise in delivering practical communication strategies that ensure clients reach their intended audiences.
