RNI Negócios Imobiliários S.A. Announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was BRL 95.574 million compared to BRL 34.109 million a year ago. Operating income was BRL 9.401 million compared to operating loss of BRL 9.912 million a year ago. Net income was BRL 5.265 million compared to net loss of BRL 7.747 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was BRL 0.12 compared to basic loss per share of BRL 0.18 a year ago. For the full year, sales was BRL 319.768 million compared to BRL 182.606 million a year ago.
