Companies who have claimed exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and submitted Non-Applicability Certificate for Corporate Governance Report are not required to submit any other document or disclosure for claiming exemption for Annual Secretarial Compliance Certificate.

This is to inform you that our company claimed exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and have submit Non-ApplicabilityCertificate for Corporate Governance Report, therefore the requirement of submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report as specified under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated May 09, 2019 is not applicable to our company.
