The Board of Ecoark Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:ZEST) announced the spin off of Zest Labs, Inc. on October 13, 2022. All common and preferred stockholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday November 15, 2022, will receive on a pro rata basis, one share of Zest Labs Inc. common stock for every one share of Ecoark share they own. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close in December 2022.
