Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. announced unaudited earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020. For the quarter, the company reported net interest income was $8.763 million against $7.890 million a year ago. Net income was $2.528 million against loss of $12.542 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was $0.21 against loss of $1.01 a year ago.

Richmond Mutual Bancorporation, Inc. is a holding company for First Bank Richmond, an Indiana state-chartered commercial bank. The Company's principal business consists of attracting deposits from the general public, as well as brokered deposits, and investing those funds primarily in loans secured by commercial and multi-family real estate, first mortgages on owner-occupied, one-to four-family residences, a variety of consumer loans, direct financing leases and commercial and industrial loans.
