FALCK RENEWABLES INCLUDED IN THE 2021 BLOOMBERG

GENDER-EQUALITY INDEX

Milan, Italy, January 27, 2021 - For the first time, Falck Renewables has been included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI). The index - that includes 380 companies in 44 countries and regions - tracks the performance of world companies committed to disclosing their efforts and results reached in gender equality through policy development, representation, and transparency.

Specifically, the inclusion of the companies in the index is based mainly on the evaluation carried out on the basis of the analysis of results achieved in five areas: female leadership and talent pipeline, equal pay and gender pay parity, inclusive culture, sexual harassment policy, pro-women brand.
