The Board of Directors of Renaissance United Limited announced the appointment of Koh Beng San as a new Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from October 13, 2020. Koh Beng San shall also be appointed as a Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees of the Company.
