Suresnes, January 15, 2013: Recylex SA (NYSE Euronext Paris: FR0000120388-RX) takes note of today's decisions of the Lens Labour Court ("Conseil des Prud'hommes") concerning the claims for damages lodged in 2010 by 192 former managerial and non-managerial employees of Metaleurop Nord SAS.

The Industry Section of the Lens labour Court decided to postpone the examination of the claims of 137 former non-managerial employees to its hearing ("départage") of Tuesday, April 2nd, 2013.
The Management Section of the Lens labour Court granted ?50,000 as damages and ?400 as costs to 48 unprotected former managerial employees (employees who were not staff representatives), and ?30,000 as damages and ?400 as costs to one unprotected former managerial employee. These amounts will be integrated into the liabilities of Recylex SA payable under its continuation plan. However, the Lens labour Court rejected the claims of 6 protected former managerial employees.

The company intends to lodge an appeal against these decisions, which are not provisionally enforceable. Provisions for the full amount claimed in connection with these proceedings (around ?9.9 million) have been set aside in the Company's financial statements.
