Real Realty Management Company Limited (BSE:530053) announced a private placement of 15,196,820 shares at INR 10 each for gross proceeds of INR 151,968,200 on January 27, 2017. The shares will be issued on a preferential basis to existing investor Dharm Patel, and new investors Mohatta Computers Private Limited, Sangeet Television Network Private Limited, Goodness Consultancy LLP, Vishubhai D. Chaudhari, and Akashbhai V. Chaudhari. The transaction was approved by the special resolution of the board of directors.
