On January 10, 2023, we issued a press release announcing sales at nightclubs
and restaurants for the first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2022. A copy of
the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form

On January 11 and 12, 2023, we will be meeting with investors via the Granite
Research Virtual Conference Series. A copy of the presentation slides that may
