Update Concerning People Working at Wentworth Camp

Labour and training specialist RBR Group Limited (ASX: RBR) ("RBR" or "Company") provides the following update concerning the people who were working at the Wentworth Accommodation Camp in Palma, Mozambique at the time of the insurgent attack on the town last week.

RBR's direct employees, as well as the General Manager of Projectos Dinamicos Lda ("PD", in which RBR subsidiary Futuro Skills has a 50% shareholding) which holds the accommodation camp contract with the CCS JV, the site General Manager and other PD employees are accounted for and safe, to the best of our knowledge.

However, the Company has been unable to determine the wellbeing of subcontractors' staff. Communication in the area is all but non-existent with the exception of satellite phones. This is significantly hampering the efforts to locate people and provide assistance.

RBR has been advised that a family member of PD's General Manager was fatally injured in the insurgent attack on Friday evening 26 March 2021. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues at this very difficult time.

RBR will continue to provide further verified information to the market as it comes to hand.
