FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Jan. 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) announced today that 2014 distributions on the Company's common shares of beneficial interest represent 92.2064% total ordinary dividends and 7.7936% capital gain dividends. The distributions on the common shares for 2014 were based upon a quarterly rate of $0.1875 per share for the 1st and 2nd quarters and $0.2000 for the 3rd and 4th quarters, resulting in an annual distribution of $0.775 per share.

Ramco-Gershenson also announced that 2014 distributions on the Company's 7.25% Series D convertible perpetual preferred shares of beneficial interest (NYSE:RPT.PD) represent 92.2064% total ordinary dividends and 7.7936% capital gain dividends. The distributions on the Series D preferred shares for 2014 were based upon quarterly distributions of $0.90625 per share, resulting in an annual distribution of $3.625 per share.
