the Board of Directors of Quest Holdings S.A. on April 23, 2024 decided to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the approval of the distribution of a gross dividend amounting to of 0.22 euros (0.2090 euros net after 5% withholding tax) per share.
The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024. Therefore, the Company's Financial Calendar for the year 2024 is completed as follows:
13 June 2024: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Company
25 June 2024: Ex-rights date of dividend, that is, post 21.06.2024, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included
26 June 2024: Determination of beneficiaries (Record Date)
1 July 2024: Payment
The Company has the right to amend the above, provided that the investors will be informed on time with a new announcement.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Greece (79.3%), rest of Europe (20.4%) and others (0.3%).
