Quantum Foods Holdings Ltd. advised that Mr. Patrick Ernest Burton has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 17 August 2020. Consequently, Mr. Burton has resigned as the lead independent director and as the chairman of the Company's audit and risk committee as well as the remuneration committee.
