Mikhail Sosnovsky Elected as Chairman of Board of Directors of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation'

The Board of Directors of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation', at the next meeting of 15 August, elected Mikhail Sosnovsky, Deputy General Director of LLC 'ONEXIM Group' as its chairman.

The Board of Directors elected the members of the HR and Remunerations Committee consisting of 3 members:
•Daniel Lesin Wolfe, Deputy General Director of LLC 'ONEXIM Group'
•Alexander Eduardovich Zubkov, investment manager of LLC 'ONEXIM Group'
•Andrey Nikolaevich Kononov, head of the corporate governance standards division of LLC 'ONEXIM Group'

Daniel Lesin Wolfe was elected as Chairman of the HR Committee under the Board of Directors of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation'.

•Daniel Lesin Wolfe, Deputy General Director of LLC 'ONEXIM Group'
•Sergey Afanasievich Tazin, President of Sitka Corporation
•David Alexander Hurn, Managing Director of the Representative Office of Limited Liability Company 'Specialized Research Limited' in Moscow

David Alexander Hurn was elected as Chairman of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation'

The Board of Directors approved the Regulation on the Dividend Policy of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation'.

The Regulation was elaborated in accordance with the Russian Federation laws, Charter of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation' and other documents. It discloses the objectives and principles of the dividend policy, establishes the procedure for determining the amount of dividends, determines the disclosure of the dividend policy and establishes the energy company's responsibility for non-payment of dividends.

The need for approval of the Regulation appeared in connection with the requirements of the Listing Rules of CJSC 'MICEX Stock Exchange'.
