Zhejiang Yisu New Material Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into capital increase agreement to issue common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 300,000,000 on January 3, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 123,000,000 for 70% stake in the company, Zhejiang Free Trade Zone Diyi Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 120,000,000, Qingdao Yisu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 57,000,000. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 300,000,000 to CNY 600,000,000.
