RADNOR, Pa., Jan. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Penn Virginia Resource GP, LLC, the general partner of Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE: PVR) ("PVR"), today declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.51 per unit payable on February 13, 2012 to unitholders of record on February 6, 2012. The distribution, which equates to an annualized rate of $2.04, represents an increase of 2.0% over the prior quarter distribution and an 8.5% increase over the fourth quarter of 2010.
