Public tender offers from Swisscom and Tamedia for PubliGroupe:
publication of definitive interim results
Lausanne, 11 August 2014 -According to the definitive interim result following the expiration of the offer period on 5 August 2014, Swisscom holds a participation of 90.59% in PubliGroupe. Subject to the conditions effective until the settlement of its offer, Swisscom has declared its offer successful. On 12 August 2014 the additional period of ten trading days to accept the offer of Swisscom will start.
With its definitive interim result, Tamedia has declared its offer unsuccessful.
