Runicom S.A. (WSE:RUN) acquired an additional 10% stake in Telgam Sp. z o.o. from Krzysztof Moski for PLN 0.14 million on April 10, 2012. Under the terms of the agreement, Runicom S.A acquired 100 shares. Runicom will also get 3% stake once Telgam becomes public.
Runicom S.A. (WSE:RUN) completed the acquisition of an additional 10% stake in Telgam Sp. z o.o. from Krzysztof Moski on April 10, 2012.
