RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of the directors (the ''Board'') of the Prosperity International Holdings (H.K.) Limited (the ''Company'') hereby announces that with effect from 5 August 2020, Ms. Gloria Wong (''Ms. Wong'') has resigned as an executive director of the Company in order to devote more time to her personal business affairs. The Board and Ms. Wong confirmed that they have no disagreement with each other, and that there are no other matters relating to Ms. Wong's resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Wong for her contribution to the Company during her tenure of office.
