Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) proposed that a dividend with cash amount of SEK 0.4 per each share to be paid and that the record date for receiving a dividend be Monday 9 May 2022. With the proposed record date the payment is expected to be paid through Euroclear Sweden AB's on 12 May 2022.
